Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Mira’s Imitation Jewellery, we strive to deliver your favorite pieces in the safest and fastest way possible. We partner with reputed national couriers like BlueDart, Delhivery, or Ecom Express to ensure reliable delivery to your doorstep.
- Order Processing Time
Ready-to-Ship Items: All standard orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours.
Made-to-Order/Custom Items: Customised pieces may take up to 3 business days for production before dispatch. Working Days: Please note that we do not process or ship orders on Sundays or National Holidays. - Estimated Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched, the typical delivery timeframes are:
Metros & Tier 1 Cities: 3–5 business days.
Rest of India: 5–7 business days.
Note: These are estimates. Actual delivery may vary due to weather, local disruptions, or courier delays beyond our control. - Shipping Charges
Domestic (India): [e.g., We offer Free Shipping on all orders above Rs. 499/-. For orders below this, a flat fee of Rs 80/- applies. - Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a Tracking Link via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email. You can use this link to monitor your package’s journey in real-time - RTO (Return to Origin)
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, inaccessible location, or the recipient being unavailable, the courier will make 2 attempts.
If the package is returned to us (RTO), we can reship it to you for an additional shipping fee.
We do not offer refunds for RTO orders; only reshipping is available upon payment of new shipping costs. - Damaged or Lost Packages
Mandatory Unboxing Video: As per our Return & Exchange policy a 360-degree unboxing video is required to claim any missing or damaged items.
Lost in Transit: If a package is confirmed as “Lost” by our courier partner, we will ship a replacement to you at no extra cost.
